Our Genesis
Graham and Shaun started Enterprisecloud in 2011, with the intention to help companies effectively use Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology to transform their businesses.
They were the first in South Africa to bring the business-changing Microsoft Dynamics CRM software to the Cloud, making it available as a service that was inexpensive, scalable, and centred on serving customer needs. The advent of Cloud allowed the focus to move away from technology alone, towards extracting real business value from the appropriate implementation of technology to solve real business problems: automating mundane and manual processes and enabling digital-empowered customer engagement.
Since then, as customer needs and technology have evolved, so has Enterprisecloud.
